This policy explains what personal information ResumeForge AI ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, profile photo (if provided via Google).
- Resume content: the professional information you add to build your resume and cover letters.
- Payment metadata: order and transaction identifiers from Razorpay. We never store card or UPI credentials.
- Usage data: anonymised analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.
How we use it
- To provide the resume builder, AI writing tools and downloads you request.
- To process the one-time ₹199 lifetime payment via Razorpay.
- To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum required with sub-processors that power the service (hosting, AI providers for resume rewrites, payment processor). Each is bound by contractual data-protection obligations.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account Settings. Email privacy@resumeforge.in for any privacy request.
Retention
Resumes, cover letters and profile data are retained until you delete them or close your account.
