By creating an account or using ResumeForge AI you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One account per person.
2. Acceptable use
- Only enter information that is truthful and yours to share.
- Do not misuse the AI tools to generate fraudulent, defamatory or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or automate scraping of the platform.
3. Payments
ResumeForge AI offers a single lifetime plan for ₹199 (inclusive of GST) processed via Razorpay. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and never expires. Prices for future upgrades or add-ons may change with notice.
4. Content ownership
You retain full ownership of the resumes, cover letters and content you create. We store them only to provide the service. You grant us a limited licence to process this content to render, export and power AI features.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
6. Termination
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
